Aqua-Plus UPGRADE

Interplast with a constant passion for innovation wants to announce the complete upgrade of the Aqua - Plus polypropylene system. The timeless goal of the company is the production of high quality pipes and fittings which find application in water supply, heating and air conditioning networks. In recent years, the development of polypropylene has re-established Interplast in the Greek market and in 55 countries in the abroad, giving special dynamics in large projects of global scope.

In the context of this upgrade we announce:

๏ New polypropylene production unit with a production capability of pipes up to 450 mm. Large cross sections can be used mainly in air conditioning networks and geothermal fields. Also, the large size of the polypropylene pipes allow for complete replacement of metal pipes, which have a much shorter service life, heavy weight and severe corrosion problems.

๏ Pioneering before 15 years ago with the change of PP-R 80 to PP-R 112, we continue with the replacement of the absolutely successful series of piping made by PP-R 112 to PP-R 125.
The durability of the new piping with PP-R 125 are improved over PP-R 112 and extremely better than piping with PP-R 80. Additionally we cancel the PP-R 80 in the simple SDR 6
piping using the PP-R 100.

๏ Conforming with the high demands of the projects and the technical world, we proceed to a new series of fittings using the PP-R 125, upgrading the strength of the fittings up to 125 mm from PN 25 to PN 30.

๏ New preinsulated piping and fittings complete range with HDPE outer casing and pipe lengths until 11,6 meter.

๏ Extension of the already excellent part of manufacturing PP-R or PP-RCT fittings and collectors from 315 mm to 630 mm dimension.

๏ New certifications for pipes and fittings from American and European institutes.
