|
Interplast is one of the few companies in Europe with vertically integrated production and the only company in Greece that manufactures all the components of the system while offering a guarantee on the entire heating-plumbing installation. The company’s subsidiary ELVIOM AEBE manufactures brass fittings for the Como-pex system. ELVIOM, which has 55 years experience in brass fittings manufacture, produces brass fittings from materials compliant with European standards EN 12164, EN 12165, EN 12167 and EN 12168, also meeting the specifications of DIN 50930/6 on the suitability of brass fittings for drinking water installations.

Manifolds are manufactured of brass profiles compliant to European standard EN 12167 and DIN 50930/6 on the suitability of brass fittings for drinking water installations. The product has low hardness so that it may be more resilient to mechanical stressing. . The angle of the mechanisms compared to the vertical axis of the manifold is 180° and as a result supplies are increased and flows improved.
The manifold is used in heating installations and hot and cold-water plumbing installations.
They are manufactured in sizes 3/4’’, 1" and 1¼" with 2 to 12 ports with 24x19 or 3/4" threading.
- Large supplies
- Battery type mechanism. As the wheel turns only the valve moves, without the axis moving up and down, and at the same time salt build up is prevented. This prevents wear and tear of the o-ring of the axis.
- The axis is made watertight by three O-rings and a packing gland.
- The base of the manifolds is made watertight by EPDM 0-rings together with a metal-to-metal watertight connection.
- Large distances between the manifold’s supply centers (50mm).
- Prevents pressure surge upon closing the water connection.
- Regulation of the circuits.
- Isolation of circuits in the event of damage.
- Risk of leakage from the connections between common 2, 3 and 4 port manifolds is eliminated.
- Red and blue markings and circuit identification markings (living room, bedroom etc.) to assist the homeowner.
- Possibility of replacing all individual components of the manifold.
- Due to special threading in the mechanism the supply requires only a few turns (4 turns) to be turned on/off.

In order to facilitate our customers, male-female manifolds are manufactured, at 1" intake size with 2 to 4 connections. They have an integrated 1’’ A/A nipple at their end to allow the connection of manifolds with each other. The nipple is made watertight on the manifold with an EPDM o-ring as well as with special watertight adhesive.

They are manufactured from CW617N brass alloy with forging processing. Manufactured in 3/4’’ and 1’’ dimensions, with 2, 3 and 4 connections, with male threading 24x19. The angle of the mechanisms compared to the manifold’s vertical axis is 133°. The manifold is primarily used in hot and cold-water plumbing installations.
- Isolation of circuits in the event of damage.
- Prevents pressure surge upon closing the water connection.
- Red and blue markings and circuit identification markings (wash-basin, cistern, bathroom, etc.) to assist the homeowner.
- Regulation of the circuits.
- The manifold's operation mechanism is battery type. As the wheel turns only the valve moves, while the axis does not move up and down. This prevents wear and tear of the o-ring of the axis.
- The axis is made watertight by three EPDM O-rings.
- Due to special threading in the mechanism the supply requires only a few turns (4 turns) to be turned on/off.

This connects the pipes with the male threading of the manifold or the valve. It comprises 3 components:
- Conic tail with nozzle, into which the inner surface of the pipe is fitted. It is made watertight by an elastic EPDM ring and metal-to-metal on the connection cone.
- Taper ring, which has two cones for providing a watertight connection between the brass insert and the plastic pipe.
- Nut.

A segmented angled intake with secure and watertight closing. By use of the multi-position metal bracket it can be used in both plumbing and heating systems. Characterized by its ideal curve, which aids the heating-plumbing technician in fitting the plastic pipe to the brass inserts of the angled intake.
The 92° angled intake causes special contraction, in order for the corrugated pipe to enwrap a section of the intake, so that in the event of accidental leakage the water will flow to the distribution panel through the corrugated pipe.
The 92° angled intake bears a brass screw for supporting the brass intake which is connected to its end on a specially installed polygonal section brass nut, mounted on the bus.

A 105° angled intake, which facilitates intervention by the installer in the event of leakage. By use of the reducing sleeve, which fits to the water connections of the angled intake, the corrugated pipe enwraps a section of the angle, so that in the event of leakage the water will flow to the distribution panel.

Manifolds are manufactured of CW614N alloy brass profiles compliant to European standard EN 12167 and DIN 50930/6 on the suitability of brass fittings for drinking water installations. Manufactured in 3/4’’ 1’’ and 1 ¼" dimensions, with 2-10 1/2" supplies. The manifold’s threading is constructed according tot EN ISO 228. The product has low hardness so that it may be more resilient to mechanical stresses and it stands out for its extra thick walls.

Our company manufactures a full range of connection fittings for cross-linked polyethylene pipes. The following products are available:
Male, female and connecting coupling.
Male, female and connecting “T”.
Male, female and connecting bend
Support bend.
Mini-ball valves for plastic pipe.

Manufactured from excellent quality brass alloy they meet and exceed the specifications of German standards. The raw material has undergone special heat processing in order to achieve the desired hardness. During the product’s processing, high internal stresses develop which increase its hardness. The final product is then subjected to heat procession a second time in order to remove the processing stresses and eliminate chances of season cracking and also to restore the desired hardness.
