Always aiming at ensuring top quality, Interplast production lines, apart from the usual mechanical equipment used to produce Polypropylene Sewage pipes (PP-H), they are also supplied with the following additional equipment assuring an absolute degree of quality and delivering to the consumer the certainty that he is supplied with integrated systems of the highest quality.

Even though raw materials are provided by suppliers in airtight packaging they are known for absorbing humidity. Their dehumidification immediately before production, stabilizes the input to the extruder and phenomena of dimension divergence of pipes from nominal values are avoided.

The special magnet array at the power supplies of extruders ensures protection from iron-magnetic foreign materials.
|
|
|
|
With this automated adjustment of the extruder screw turns, we achieve fixed weight per meter of produced pipe and therefore pipe dimensions with no divergence from nominal values. This is the first part of ensuring the correct dimensions.

|
This is an automation of the system during which the desired dimension of the pipe's wall thickness is set, and automatic corrections are made by means of the extruder of the production line. This is the second part of ensuring the correct dimensions of the pipes.

|
This is the third part of ensuring the correct dimensions of the pipes. As a result, we have productions with perfectly fixed cross-section dimensions, which are expressed in perfect connection applications and smooth drainage flows.

|
Together with the use of the above equipment that assuring the correct geometry of the pipes, Interplast implements the following critical points as well to further ensure the high specifications of the pipes.

Its special design for the production of sewage pipes and fittings made of polypropylene in combination with the top quality of the raw materials, ensures that the pipe material has homogenized perfectly. This way we achieve its high mechanical strengths and its practically unlimited lifespan.

These are tests for connection applications carried out at regular intervals by production managers.
|
|
|
|
The outer diameters, wall thickness and oval of the pipes are constantly monitored with calibrated instruments, in order to avoid any potential failure. The specimens being measured are rechecked and after the completion of the successful results of the lab quality controls according to the specifications of the relevant standards, the order is issued to release the products in the market.
